Season Information
Flag & Sideline Registration runs April 1, 2023 - July 15, 2023. Late registration is open until July 30,2023 and is an additional $50 paid to the league. We welcome cheerleaders ages 5-14 years old with no experience required! Cheerleaders in flag need to be 5 years old by July 31, 2023.

Flag Cheer Registration costs $25. Sideline Cheer Registration costs $75. The registration fee covers costs incurred by our league. This is paid directly to our new league, the Thurston County Youth Football League, at time of registration.

Uniform Cost for the season for sideline cheer is $325.00 this season that price includes a shell, liner, briefs, skirt, 2 bows, warm-up jacket, backpack and pom poms. The uniform cost for flag cheer is $100 and that covers the shell, skirt and two bows. It is optional for the warm-ups and backpack for flag cheer. This will be paid to us, EJC Cheer and not the league.

These costs do not cover everything your athlete needs for the season like shoes. We rely heavily on sponsors and fundraising to help lower these costs to you.
Sideline cheer practices will begin August 1st and run through the beginning of November. Flag cheer practice starts August 15th. Games are on Saturdays in September through the end of October. Practices in August will start at 3x a week and potentially lower as the season progresses.

Cheerleaders will be required to cheer in their own age group, with the exception of a sibling cheering or playing football on a different team.

At this time competition cheer is on hold.

Practices begin October 2023 for our local teams with competitions starting in November to January. Your cheerleader will need to be registered by the July 15th deadline there are no exceptions. This team is also pending further information.
